Terrace

The terrace faces east to take advantage of the sunshine, and is enclosed by a railing with wire mesh. Three roller shutters ensure privacy and regulate the sunlight. The floor is covered with square, red, stoneware tiles laid in stretcher bond. Between apartments, there is a vertical fibre cement panel that acts as a separator to maintain privacy.
